The HR Recruiter is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring timely hiring of qualified candidates to meet organizational staffing requirements. The role involves sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, conducting initial assessments, and facilitating the onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage the complete recruitment cycle from requisition to onboarding.
Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, consultancies, and internal databases.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct telephonic and preliminary HR interviews.
Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates.
Maintain candidate pipelines and talent pools for future hiring needs.

Stakeholder Management
Work closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
Provide regular updates on recruitment status and hiring progress.




Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Documentation & Compliance
Maintain recruitment records, applicant tracking systems, and candidate databases.
Prepare and issue offer letters and employment-related documents.
Coordinate background verification (BGV), reference checks, CRIF/CFR checks, and other hiring compliance requirements.
Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and applicable labor laws.

Onboarding Support
Facilitate pre-joining formalities and document collection.
Coordinate with relevant departments for smooth onboarding.
Ensure completion of joining documentation and induction processes.

Recruitment Analytics
Track key recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, and offer-to-joining ratio.
