Role & responsibilities

1.Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime. 2. Develop and maintain calibration schedules; ensure timely execution, accurate documentation, and corrective actions when required. 3. Maintain accurate maintenance and calibration records in compliance with GDP/GMP standards, ensuring SOPs are current and audit-ready. 4. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, including FDA, EU-GMP, WHO, and local guidelines. 5. Support equipment qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ) and provide maintenance data for validation activities. 6. Oversee plant utilities, including HVAC, WFI, purified water systems, and compressed gases. 7. Ensure availability and inventory control of critical spare parts and maintenance tools, maintaining optimal stock levels. 8. Enforce safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), and actively support EHS programs. 9. Operate and maintain electrical infrastructure, including electrical substations, LT/HT breakers, sub panels, and DG sets. 10. Conduct and attend training on equipment operation, SOPs, and safety practices to maintain operational competency. 11. Participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring failures and support recent installations, upgrades, and technology transfers. 12.



Complete tasks within deadlines assigned by senior management, ensuring productive execution and timely closure.

Preferred candidate profile

Preferred Candidate Profile Injectable Plant Maintenance
Candidates with hands-on maintenance experience in Injectable / Sterile Manufacturing Plants will be preferred.
Strong instrumentation-based maintenance experience is required.
Candidates should have hands-on experience with process equipment and automated machines, preferably including:
Fedegari / Machine Fabrik make Autoclaves
Vial Loading Machines
Sterilization Tunnels
Automatic Vial Filling Machines – IMA Make
Lyophilizers – IMA-LYO
Vial Capping Machines
Automatic Visual Inspection Machines – Brevetti Make
Labeling Machines
Automatic Cartoners
Other associated injectable/sterile process equipment
Experience should be purely process/production equipment maintenance-based, with robust exposure to preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, troubleshooting, and instrumentation-related maintenance.
Candidates with general electrical maintenance experience without relevant injectable plant/process equipment exposure will not be preferred.
