Generate Import, Export & Freight invoices in Logysis Software as well as in Tally Prime.
Enter CFS, Shipping Line, Insurance, Transport invoices etc. Purchase against Job.
Enter Journal Entry of Vouchers.
Enter Bank Receipt and knocked off invoices against the same as per advisory received.
Enter Bank Payment and knocked off purchase against the same.
Generate the Debit note and credit note if required.
Check the Job ledger & Job profitability and financial lock the Job.
Generate unbilled Job report weekly, mail to operation department and follow up for the Dockets.
Outstanding follow-up - Mails to the clients & calls if required. Also generate the Outstanding

report Weekly and working share the senior Accountant.
Reconciliation the Bank statement. & Debtor's as well as Creditors Ledger statement.
Making cash voucher entries and making a OS payment statement for team members
Making PQ , FSSAI AND STAMP DUTY ONLINE ON CUSTOMS PORTAL
