What Youll Do
Own backend architecture and design decisions across microservices
Write clean, production-grade code and lead by example
Drive engineering best practices code reviews, system design, and documentation
Translate business requirements into scalable and reliable systems
Collaborate closely with Product, Mobile, Data, and UX teams
Mentor engineers and raise the technical bar across the team
Own reliability, performance, and scalability of core platform services
Were Looking For Someone Who
Has 8+ years of backend engineering experience, with 2+ years in a Tech Lead or senior role
Has solid hands-on experience in Go (Golang), Node.js, or C#/.NET
Deeply understands microservices, REST/gRPC APIs, and cloud infrastructure
Is a first-principles thinker who owns outcomes, not just tickets
Has experience with logistics, B2B commerce, or high-throughput transactional systems (preferred)
Writes systems that are edge-case-proof and built to last
