We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Content Moderator to review and moderate online content. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that user-generated content follows company guidelines, platform policies, and community standards.
Key Responsibilities
Review and moderate text, images, videos, and other user-generated content.
Evaluate content based on platform policies, company guidelines, and community standards.
Identify and take appropriate action on content that violates policies.
Ensure content meets quality, safety, and community standards.
Escalate sensitive or complex cases to the appropriate team.
Maintain accuracy and consistency while making moderation decisions.
Stay updated with platform policies, guidelines, and moderation procedures.
Maintain confidentiality while handling user-generated content.
Meet daily/weekly productivity and quality targets.
Report recurring content issues when required.

Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
1–2 years of experience in content moderation, content review, customer support, social media, or a similar role.
Valuable written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to understand and apply platform policies and content guidelines.
Ability to make quick and accurate decisions.
Comfortable working with online platforms and digital content.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
