The incumbent is expected to attend and/or assist in drafting and court appearances as per the instructions and/or under the supervision of the senior advocate/counsel; all litigation /Non litigation matters pertaining to Property law, Labour and Industrial, Matrimonial, Civil /Criminal law and providing appropriate guidance and inputs on all legal matters to the clients under the instructions of the senior associates.
Vetting of documents, litigation and non-litigation and should be familiar with court procedures and assist the seniors. Well versed with research work.
