Role Summary: We are looking for a Business Analyst with RPA experience in Healthcare domain to support the migration of existing automations from UiPath to Microsoft Power Automate Desktop. The role will focus on understanding current-state processes and bots, documenting business and functional requirements, identifying gaps between UiPath and Power Automate capabilities, and working closely with stakeholders, developers, and testing teams to enable a smooth migration.

Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with hands-on involvement in automation or digital transformation initiatives.
Experience working on RPA projects in Healthcare domain, with understanding of bot lifecycle, process discovery, requirement gathering, and UAT.




Valuable understanding of UiPath and Power Automate Desktop concepts, with the ability to identify process and platform differences during migration.
Robust skills in process mapping, business analysis, documentation, and stakeholder management.
Experience writing business requirements, functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and test scenarios.
Ability to collaborate effectively with business teams, developers, QA teams, and project managers.
Robust analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
