Key Responsibilities
Manage IT infrastructure (networks, servers, cloud, end-user systems).
Lead, mentor, and guide IT support staff.
Ensure system security, backups, and disaster recovery readiness.
Support ISMS implementation and ISO 27001 compliance.
Coordinate with vendors for IT services and procurement.
Monitor IT performance and suggest improvements.
Requirements
3–5 years of IT experience, with at least 2–3 years in a lead role.
Solid knowledge of networking, servers, cloud, and security practices.
Familiarity with ISMS / ISO 27001 processes.
Positive problem-solving and leadership skills.
Preferred certifications: ITIL, ISO 27001, Microsoft/AWS/VMware.
