Job Overview Role:

Sales Executive (Female) Industry: Food & Beverage / Catering Services Department:

Sales & Marketing Reports To: Business Head

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Conversion: Handle incoming calls, emails, WhatsApp, and walk-in inquiries; generate current leads via networking, tele-calling, and local marketing.

Client Consultation: Understand client requirements (event date, venue, guest count, and dietary preferences) and suggest suitable menus or packages.

Quotations & Negotiations: Prepare customized price quotations, negotiate contract terms, and close sales to meet monthly targets.

Cross-Department Coordination: Coordinate menu finalization, logistics, and event execution details with the kitchen and operations teams.

Relationship Management:



Maintain follow-up schedules, provide after-sales support, and build a database of repeat clients and event planners.

Qualifications, Skills & Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience: 1 to 3 years of proven sales or client-servicing experience, preferably in hospitality, events, or catering. Freshers with fluency in English can apply

Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, active listening, negotiation, and basic computer literacy (MS Office / CRM).
