About the Role

We are looking for a well-organized and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) to provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support to senior management.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, good computer proficiency, strong follow-up abilities, and a qualified approach.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily schedules, appointments, and meetings.
Handle emails, calls, documentation, and correspondence.
Prepare and maintain reports, trackers, and presentations.
Follow up on key tasks and ensure timely closure.
Coordinate meetings and maintain meeting-related information.
Maintain confidential documents and information.
Assist management with day-to-day administrative and operational activities.




Manage multiple priorities and ensure smooth day-to-day coordination.

Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
English and Hindi communication is mandatory.
MS Office/Excel and email skills.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
Professional personality with valuable interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.

Candidate Profile

Qualification: Graduate in any discipline preferred.
Experience: 2–5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Management Assistant, Secretary, Office Coordinator, or similar role preferred.
