Role & responsibilities -
Civil Engineering background with experience in quantity estimation and BOQ preparation for bidding.
Experience in projects such as buildings, commercial/residential developments, metro, transportation and other infrastructure projects.
Robust knowledge of quantity take-off, rate analysis and cost estimation.
Working knowledge of open/pile foundations, slope protection and structural works.
Familiarity with building finishing works and MEP services.
Ability to interpret drawings, specifications and tender documents and prepare accurate quantities for bid submissions.
