Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations across assigned construction projects.
Coordinate with Project Managers, site teams, contractors, consultants and vendors.
Monitor manpower, materials, machinery and project resources.
Coordinate with project, procurement, commercial and support functions.
Track project progress, targets and key milestones.
Identify operational bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
Monitor MIS, dashboards and management reports.
Support resource planning and allocation across projects.
Ensure timely coordination with vendors and contractors.
Monitor adherence to quality and safety standards.
Drive process improvement and operational efficiency.
Escalate critical operational issues to senior management.
Support implementation of current systems, processes and technologies.
