Roles and Responsibilities
Teach Biology to secondary-grade students as per the school curriculum.
Plan and deliver engaging, concept-based Biology lessons.
Explain scientific concepts using practical examples, experiments, and activities.
Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and assessments.
Conduct laboratory activities and ensure proper lab safety.
Monitor and evaluate students academic progress.
Provide additional support to students whenever required.
Maintain effective classroom management and discipline.
Encourage scientific thinking, curiosity, and problem-solving skills.
Coordinate with parents and colleagues regarding student progress and academic activities.

Required Skills:
Robust subject knowledge in Biology.
Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
Ability to make complex concepts straightforward and engaging.
Practical/laboratory teaching skills.
Valuable lesson planning and assessment skills.
Experience with CBSE/ICSE curriculum preferred.
