Ability to travel within the region as required.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of 3 members to ensure the successful execution of business strategies and achievement of regional targets.
To handle sales activities of all Products of the company,
which include oil, coolant, and water chillers for process cooling.
To lead and mentor a team size of 3 sales personnel based in Karnataka
Develop and implement regional business plans that align with the company's overall objectives and growth strategies.
To ensure high customer satisfaction with timely response on delivery of products and services
Drive customer satisfaction and retention by ensuring high-quality service delivery and addressing customer feedback promptly.
Foster a culture of high performance and accountability through effective leadership, coaching, and development of team members.
