Role & Responsibility
Lead the technical discovery, design, and architecture discussions with business units and other IT teams to drive projects, platform enhancements, and complex issue resolutions.
Act as the technical subject matter expert to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into scalable, high-performing Salesforce solutions.
Technical Configuration & Custom Development
Develop and configure custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, process builder, and other declarative tools in Salesforce.
Work on Deal Desk Salesforce applications, specifically Salesforce CPQ.
Create LWC, Lightning Components, Apex classes, triggers, and Visualforce pages to implement complex business processes and custom functionality.
Implement and manage integrations between Salesforce and other third-party systems using APIs or middleware tools.
Data Management & Optimization
Perform data migration and data cleansing activities as needed, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and optimize the application for improved performance.
Maintenance, Testing & Support
Conduct regular testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure the proper functioning of Salesforce solutions.
Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases and features and assess their potential impact on the existing system.
Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective adoption of Salesforce and its features.
