Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end Cards implementation projects from initiation through go-live and stabilization.
Lead project planning, execution, tracking, risk management, and delivery.
Coordinate with product, technology, business, QA, vendors, and client teams.
Manage project scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
Drive implementation activities including requirements, integration, testing, UAT, deployment, and production go-live.
Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
Conduct project status meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Coordinate with technical teams on APIs, system integrations, interfaces, and implementation dependencies.
Manage change requests and ensure timely resolution of project issues.
Ensure successful delivery within agreed timelines, scope, and quality standards.

Required Experience & Skills
812 years of overall experience,



preferably around 10 years.
Robust experience in Cards / Card Payments / Banking / FinTech domain.
Proven experience managing Cards implementation projects.
Positive understanding of credit cards, debit cards, card issuing, acquiring, transaction processing, authorization, settlement, and card lifecycle.
Experience managing end-to-end implementation, integration, testing, UAT, and go-live activities.
Strong stakeholder management experience across business and technology teams.
Experience working with banking/financial institutions, card platforms, payment processors, or technology vendors.
Robust knowledge of Agile / Scrum project delivery methodologies.
Excellent communication, coordination, project planning, and risk management skills.
