Job Requirements
Proven experience in quality analysis and assurance, preferably in a BPO or IT-enabled services workplace.
Robust knowledge of CRM systems and processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to analyze complex data sets and identify trends and insights.
Solid problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
Experience working in an international setting, with knowledge of cultural nuances and sensitivities.
