Candidate Profile:
Education
•
Bachelors or Masters degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Science, or
a related field.
• Relevant qualified qualification in flavour technology will be an advantage.
Experience
• 10+ years of relevant experience in flavour formulation and applications,
preferably with a flavour house.
• Solid hands-on experience in flavour creation and product development.
• Experience in setting up or developing an R&D; laboratory/function will be highly
preferred.




• Experience across multiple food and beverage applications is desirable.

Flavour Creation & Formulation
o Develop synthetic flavour formulations.
R&D; Laboratory Setup
Raw Material & Supplier Evaluation
Sensory Evaluation
Key Deliverables First 612 Months
• Set up and operationalize the Flavour R&D; laboratory.
• Develop a structured raw-material and flavour ingredient library.
• Develop sensory evaluation and benchmarking processes.
Ideal Candidate
An experienced, hands-on Flavourist Development, R&D-building; capability to meet
regulatory pharmaceutical standards and food products.
