We are an early-stage startup building an online marketplace for IT
services that connects businesses with verified IT service providers.
You will be among the first few people on the team and will work
directly with the founding team.
What you will do
Manually test the website and its workflows end to end, and report
anything that breaks or confuses a first-time user
Onboard and assist current users over phone, email and chat, and guide
them through the platform
Create and maintain listings, profiles and other content on the
platform
Set up and manage our company profiles across LinkedIn, Facebook,
Instagram, X, YouTube and other channels
Prepare and deliver product presentations and demos to prospective
customers and service providers
Schedule and coordinate meetings, and run marketing email campaigns
Maintain records of user feedback, issues and outreach
Who we are looking for
MBA or B.E./B.Tech freshers ([2024, 2025, 2026] batches)
Excellent written and spoken English this is our single most
significant requirement
Comfortable speaking to customers over the phone
Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Own laptop or desktop with a reliable internet connection
(mandatory — the first three months are work from home)
Based in Hyderabad, or willing to relocate to Hyderabad
Able to commit to a minimum of 18 months with us
Work setup
Work from home for approximately the first three months
Thereafter from our Hyderabad office
Working days: [Monday to Friday / Monday to Saturday]
