Role & responsibilities
Greet customers and understand their vehicle service requirements.
Explain service processes, repair requirements, and estimated costs to customers.
Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely vehicle inspection and servicing.
Prepare accurate job cards and service estimates.
Keep customers updated on vehicle repair progress and delivery timelines.
Address customer queries and resolve service-related concerns.
Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain robust customer relationships.
Coordinate with workshop teams to ensure quality service delivery.
Follow up with customers for feedback and future service requirements.
Maintain accurate records of service details and customer interactions.
Preferred Candidate:
B.Tech/Diploma in Automobile Engineering or a related field.
Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
Basic knowledge of automobile servicing and vehicle components.
Freshers with relevant automobile backgrounds can also apply.
