Roles & Responsibilities :
Manage production of Monolithics and Ready Shape products as per production and dispatch plans.
Plan manpower, raw materials and consumables and ensure smooth plant operations.
Monitor production, process control, quality, inventory and cost performance.
Manage SAP-PP, production orders, BOM, routing, costing and MIS reporting.
Ensure EHS, 5S, statutory, IMS and ISO 50001 compliance.
Drive safety audits, HIRA, Toolbox Talks and corrective actions.
Coordinate with Quality, PPC, Maintenance, Stores, EHS, vendors and contractors.
Execute CAPEX/OPEX, Kaizen, Six Sigma and continuous improvement initiatives.
Conduct team training and ensure adherence to SOPs and secure work practices.
Support customer/vendor visits, production trials and developmental projects.

Skills & Competencies :




Robust knowledge of refractory manufacturing and production processes.
Experience in Monolithics, Ready Shapes, crushing, grinding, calcination and drying.
Proficiency in SAP-PP, MS Office and production MIS.
Knowledge of EHS, Quality, IMS, 5S and ISO 50001 requirements.
Solid production planning, cost control and process optimization skills.
Good leadership, communication and problem-solving abilities.
Experience in OPEX, Kaizen and Six Sigma initiatives.

Education & Experience :
B.Tech/B.E. in Ceramic, Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
10- 15 years of experience, preferably in the refractory manufacturing industry.
Six Sigma, IMS or Energy Auditing certification preferred.
