Role & responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
Conduct initial HR screening interviews.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate records and recruitment reports.
Negotiate salary and discuss job offers.
Manage the joining and onboarding process.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline.
Ensure recruitment follows company policies and employment laws.
Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Preferred candidate profile
Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Positive knowledge of sourcing, screening,



and interviewing candidates.
Experience using job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good negotiation and candidate-management skills.
Ability to handle multiple vacancies and meet hiring targets.
Good knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
Strong follow-up, coordination, and time-management skills.
Positive attitude, qualified approach, and ability to work in a team.
Freshers with solid communication skills and a keen interest in recruitment may also be considered.
