Role & responsibilities
Receive and answer inbound customer calls in Kannada, Hindi, and English, ensuring skilled and transparent communication.
Address customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide accurate product/service information on the spot.
Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities during incoming customer calls
Preferred candidate profile
Language Mastery: Must be 100% fluent with excellent verbal communication skills in Kannada, Hindi, and English.
Convincing & Persuasive Skills: Robust ability to build trust, handle customer hesitation.
