Qualification: B.E / B. Tech in Mechanical / Mechatronics
Responsibilities:
Process Design and Process establishment
Machining and Assembly Process trials and Validation at Supplier end (MQ1 Trials)
Machining and Assembly Process prove out and Validation at plant (MQ2 Trials)
Selection of Tooling - Tooling design and Development
Hands on experience in 2D / 3D software for Process / Tool design like Auto CAD, Solid works etc.
APQP / PPAP / PFC / PFMEA process documentation for Recent programs
Supplier Interaction for procurement of items ( Toolings / Fixtures / Spares)
Knowledge in material handling concepts and implementation
Basic knowledge in Automation & Robotics and Assembly line automations
Knowledge in CNC Part programming
Basic Knowledge in latest process technology
Desired Profile:
Solid communication and presentation skills
Positive interpersonal and coordination skills
Sound knowledge in mechanical principles
