We are hiring Telesales Executives for Personal Loan Sales in Gurgaon/Gurugram.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
Explain loan products, eligibility, and advantages to customers.
Convert leads into applications and achieve monthly sales targets.
Coordinate with customers for documentation and loan processing.
Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure a smooth customer journey.
Requirements:
6 months - 4 years of experience in Personal Loan / Loan / Credit Card Telesales.
Valuable communication and convincing skills.
Target-oriented with a robust sales approach.
Candidates from Banking, NBFC, FinTech, or Financial Services are preferred.
Location: Gurgaon/Gurugram.
