IPCS Global is looking for a motivated Admission Counsellor to join our team in Kochi. The candidate will be responsible for counselling students, handling enquiries, following up with leads, and supporting the admission process.

Key Responsibilities
Counsel students and parents about courses and career opportunities.
Handle walk-in, phone, WhatsApp, and online enquiries.
Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into admissions.
Achieve monthly admission targets.
Maintain regular follow-ups with students.
Update lead and student details in the CRM.
Support seminars, workshops, and other marketing activities.
Prepare regular follow-up and admission reports.

Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in the EdTech industry is mandatory.
Experience in admission counselling or student counselling is preferred.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid follow-up and convincing skills.
Target-oriented and customer-focused approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
