Job Responsibilities
Conduct metallurgical analysis, testing, and process evaluation of raw materials and finished products.
Develop and optimize metallurgical processes to achieve required quality and purity standards.
Analyze chemical and physical properties of minerals, quartz, silica, and other materials.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, R&D;, and Process teams for process improvement.
Identify process deviations and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Prepare technical reports, test reports, and process documentation.
Monitor laboratory testing,



sampling, and quality control activities.
Support trials, pilot studies, and current product/process development.
Ensure compliance with applicable quality, safety, and environmental standards.

Qualification
B.Tech./M.Tech. in Metallurgy, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
Robust knowledge of metallurgical testing, material characterization, and process optimization.
Experience in mineral processing, quartz/silica, ceramics, metals, or related manufacturing industries will be preferred.
