Roles and Responsibilities
Manage relationships with existing clients to increase sales of banking products such as Current Accounts, CASA deposits, Insurance, and other retail liabilities.
Identify current business opportunities through cross-selling and upselling of bank's products to existing customers.
Develop robust relationships with key accounts (KYC) to grow revenue streams.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and issues promptly.
Meet or exceed monthly targets set by the organization.
