KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives and Backlog Refinement.
Coach teams on Agile values, Scrum framework and continuous improvement.
Track sprint velocity, burndown, release readiness and delivery metrics.
Remove delivery impediments and manage cross-team dependencies.
Partner with Product Owners to maintain a healthy prioritized backlog.
Coordinate Engineering, QA, Product, Architecture and Business stakeholders.
Publish Jira dashboards and management reports.
Drive retrospective action items and delivery excellence.
