Job Description

We are hiring experienced Baristas for a reputed café in Oman. Candidates should have excellent coffee-making skills, strong customer service experience, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare coffee, espresso, and other hot & cold beverages to high quality standards.
Ensure consistency in beverage taste, presentation, and quality.
Provide friendly and skilled customer service.
Operate the cash register and handle cashiering activities accurately.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station and work area.
Follow company standards for food safety and hygiene.




Manage customer orders efficiently during busy hours.
Maintain stock levels and report inventory requirements.

Salary: 50K-60K INR Per Month​

Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Barista in a café, restaurant, or coffee shop.
Solid knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and beverage recipes.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Basic cashiering and accounting knowledge.
Ability to prepare beverages quickly without compromising quality.
Professional, reliable, and trustworthy.
Age: 23–40 years
