Key Responsibilities:
Handle bulk hiring for factory and blue-collar manpower.
Source candidates through job portals, references, agencies, local networks, and walk-ins.
Screen and shortlist candidates as per job requirements.
Conduct interviews and coordinate selection and joining formalities.
Manage recruitment drives and maintain a robust candidate pipeline.
Coordinate with factory management for manpower requirements.
Maintain daily recruitment reports and achieve hiring targets.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in blue-collar/factory recruitment.
Experience in bulk hiring and high-volume recruitment.
Valuable communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
Ability to meet hiring targets within timelines.
