We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Designer to join our growing team delivering projects across Australia, the UK, and the US. The successful candidate will have solid experience in Oil & Gas piping systems, be comfortable working directly with international clients, and possess excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
Design piping systems for pipelines, process plants, and oil & gas facilities.
Prepare and review piping layouts, piping plans, isometrics, and General Arrangement (GA) drawings.
Develop and interpret Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs;).
Design piping systems for water treatment, pumping stations, pipelines, process plants, and oil & gas facilities.
Perform piping routing, equipment layout coordination, and piping material selection.
Coordinate closely with Process, Mechanical, Civil, Structural, Electrical, and Instrumentation teams.
Ensure designs comply with relevant Australian, UK, US, and international codes and standards.
Participate in design reviews, HAZOPs, constructability reviews, and client meetings.




Communicate directly with international clients, consultants, and project stakeholders.
Mentor junior engineers and CAD designers.
Support project planning, estimation, scheduling, and technical documentation.

Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
7+ years of piping design experience within Oil & Gas industry
Experience modelling in Hexagon CADWorx or Autodesk Plant 3D
3D modelling experience as well as 2D drawing generation
Experience with annotation; isometrics, piping plans, plot plans, sections, elevations, details, equipment set-out plans.
3D cloud scan integration and clash detection with existing equipment experience
Experience in process plant design, pipe and equipment layouts, routing, supporting.
Experience on Australian, UK or US projects.
Experience with P&IDs; and AutoCAD Plant 3D.
Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
Experience working with international clients.
