Renesas Electronics is seeking a highly accomplished and results-driven qualified for the role of Regional Product Marketing Personal. This is a strategic and highly visible position responsible for driving market development, business growth, and customer engagement across India.

The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in microcontroller and microprocessor-based embedded systems, coupled with a robust background in product marketing, business development, and go-to-market execution. The role requires a proven ability to develop market opportunities, strengthen customer and partner relationships, and drive revenue growth through effective collaboration with sales teams, distributors, and ecosystem partners.

Key Responsibilities
Drive regional business growth by enabling sales teams to achieve design-win objectives through comprehensive training, regular communications, customer engagement, and distributor support.
Develop and deliver compelling product marketing collateral, promotional campaigns, and digital content that effectively influence customers, channel partners, distributors,



and key decision-makers.
Represent regional market requirements to Product Business Units by providing market intelligence, competitive analysis, customer feedback, and recommendations for future product development.
Define and execute India-focused Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies in collaboration with management, including product launches, recent product and solution introductions (NPI/NSI), customer demonstrations, trade shows, industry events, and promotional activities.
Identify, evaluate, and engage design partners and ecosystem enablers to strengthen product ecosystems, accelerate design wins, and drive sustainable revenue growth.
Establish, monitor, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) while proactively tracking and improving business performance.
Provide product expertise, technical marketing support, and training to Renesas Sales teams, Field Application Engineers (FAEs), Sales Representatives, and Distribution Partners.
