10+ years of SAP SD/CS experience with robust solution architecture experience.
Solid hands-on knowledge of SAP S/4HANA SD and Customer Service (CS).
Expertise in OTC, pricing, sales orders, deliveries, billing, returns and credit management.
Robust SAP CS knowledge covering Service Orders, Notifications, Equipment, Functional Locations, Installed Base, Warranty, Contracts and Service Billing.
Strong integration experience with MM, FI/CO, PM, EWM and PP.
Experience with S/4HANA transformation, Fiori and SAP Activate methodology.
Strong client-facing, requirement gathering, solution design and stakeholder management skills.
