Must Have :
Hands-on experience in BMC Remedy 9X, SmartIT and DWP.
Lead and manage BMC Remedy ITSM projects •
Solution Design and implementation of required integrations with the BMC Remedy Action Request System
Development Experience in all ITSM Modules like Change, Incident, Problem, Work Order, SRM, and SLM.
Experience in Installation of ARS, Atrium Core, ITSM, SRM, SLM, DWP, Smart IT and Smart reporting and Remedy SSO
Positive-to-Have •
Positive Knowledge of CMDB and Good understating of discovery tool ADDM
Good Knowledge in the architecture of foundation and Asset data. Positive Knowledge in the SRM with Advance Interface form concepts. • Good Knowledge in Smart Reporting to provide report solutions based on views and custom formulas
