Eligibility
Experience in sales of Water Purifiers or Home Appliances.
Experience working in retail stores, General Trade, or Large Format Stores.
Sales Promoter or Product Demonstrator experience preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Attend and engage with walk-in customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
Give product demonstrations and explain product features and perks.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain proper product display, shelf cleanliness, and visibility.
Support in-store promotions and brand activities.
Coordinate with store staff for smooth daily operations.
Report daily sales, stock availability, and competitor activities.
Follow company SOPs, attendance, and grooming standards.





Preferred Candidate Profile
Previous experience as a Sales Promoter / Sales Executive / Product Demonstrator.
Experience in consumer durables, electrical appliances, water purifiers, or home appliances is preferred.
Valuable communication and customer handling skills.
Target-oriented and interested in sales.

Salary & Incentives
CTC: Up to 28,000 per month
Sales Incentives: 3,000 5,000 per month based on target achievement
