Key Responsibilities
Counsel prospective students and parents on courses, eligibility, admissions, fees, scholarships, and career prospects .
Manage inbound/outbound leads, walk-ins, follow-ups, and counseling sessions .
Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs based on their academic and career interests.
Drive lead conversion and admissions enrollment through effective counseling and follow-up.
Maintain accurate lead records, follow-ups, and conversion status in the CRM .
Handle student/parent queries and resolve concerns professionally.
Coordinate with Admissions, Academics, Marketing, and other departments for smooth enrollment.
Achieve assigned daily, monthly, and annual counseling and admission targets .
Participate in admission campaigns, counseling events, seminars, and outreach activities .
