Lead the design and development of web applications and systems to achieve business objectives, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
Perform exploratory analysis for various proof of concepts (POC), and evaluate the performance and feasibility for solving business challenges.

Mentor junior team members, providing technical guidance and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Communicate complex technical concepts and findings effectively to diverse stakeholders, including non-technical audiences.
