Have launched real products at scale and understand what is required to maintain them effectively.
Approach problems as a product engineer, focusing not only on "what works" but also on "what's delightful" and "what's essential."
Are skilled at disagreeing respectfully, committing to decisions, giving and receiving feedback constructively, and collaborating as a team player.
Engage in side projects, contribute to open-source, or pursue in-depth explorations driven by your passion.
