About the role:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR qualified to manage end-to-end human resource operations. The role requires a solid execution mindset with the ability to manage recruitment, employee lifecycle processes, and HR operations while effectively coordinating with internal stakeholders in a fast-paced consulting workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Hiring
Manage end-to-end recruitment for internal and project-based requirements
Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and role specifications
Source and attract candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and professional networks
Drive timely closure of positions while ensuring quality of hiring
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
Manage onboarding, induction, and documentation processes
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management systems
Oversee background verification and HR compliance processes
Handle exit formalities, including full & final settlements and documentation
Employee Engagement & HR Initiatives
Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives
Address employee queries and support grievance redressal processes
Support performance management and appraisal cycles
Stakeholder Management
Coordinate effectively with leadership and cross-functional teams
Ensure HR processes align with organisational and project requirements
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong understanding of recruitment and HR operations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Hands-on experience with job portals and LinkedIn hiring
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Strong ownership, integrity, and attention to detail
Preferred Profile:
Prior experience in consulting, CSR, NGO, or development sector preferred
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related discipline preferred
