Roles and Responsibility
Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation, and schedules using Primavera or MS Project.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for timely project completion.
Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
Monitor and control project expenses to ensure budget adherence.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize project requirements.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or equivalent.
Minimum 9 years of experience in planning, P6, Primavera, or MS Project in EPC projects.
Robust knowledge of planning principles,
practices, and techniques.
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools.
Overtime, HRA, and leaves applicable.
