Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day warehouse/silo civil construction activity
Execute work as per approved drawings and specifications
Coordinate with civil contractor, structural contractors and vendors
Check excavation, PCC, RCC, foundations, columns, flooring, masonry and other civil works.
Verify measurements and contractor bills.
Monitor material consumption and avoid wastage.
Ensure construction quality and safety at site.
Maintain daily progress reports and site records.
Coordinate with management and consultants for drawing/technical clarifications.
Monitor project progress against the planned schedule.
Identify site issues and provide practical solutions.

Required Skills:
Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Valuable knowledge of RCC, foundations, flooring and industrial/warehouse construction
Ability to read and understand civil/structural drawings
Valuable contractor and labour handling skills.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel preferred.

Ideal candidate: A hands-on site engineer who can independently manage the day-to-day civil execution of the Vijayawada (Nuzvid/Malavalli) warehouse/silo project.
