Plan and execute sourcing strategies for hiring agents.
Achieve monthly and annual business targets through agents.
Plan and execute strategies for procuring recent policies/customers.
Ensure adherence to company guidelines, policies, and procedures.
Job Specification
Preferably relevant experience in Life Insurance, General Insurance, NBFC, Banking, Financial Services, or related sales sectors.
Experience in sales and business development will be preferred.
Exposure to people management and team handling.
Willingness to undertake local travel.
Graduate with familiarity with the local geography/market.
Preferred age range: 2530 years.
