What You Will Get to Do:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead to oversee the technical aspects of our projects and ensure they are delivered on time and to the highest standards.



This role provides technical leadership to a team of software development engineers and works closely with Solution Designers and Engineering Managers to ensure projects progress smoothly and that any issues are identified and resolved in a timely manner.
Lead a team of developers, ensuring they are meeting project deadlines and adhering to the digital technical strategy
Mentor team members and promote a culture of learning, growth, and continuous improvement
Participate in the technical design and development of projects
Collaborate with the Project Manager to ensure that project requirements are met
Identify and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
Evaluate current technologies, including AI-assisted development tools, and make recommendations to the team and Solution Designers/Architects
Ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget
Develop and maintain technical documentation
