Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound leads from digital campaigns, portals, referrals, and other channels.
Understand customer requirements, budget, preferences, and property needs.
Explain project details, specifications, pricing, amenities, payment plans, and offers.
Qualify leads and schedule site visits with the sales team.
Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication through calls/WhatsApp/email.
Coordinate with Sales and Marketing teams for lead conversion.
Maintain CRM updates, lead status, follow-up records, and daily MIS.
Achieve targets for lead qualification, site visits, and conversions.
