Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
0 2 years of experience in an HR or onboarding role (preferred).
Experience in BGV process.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Familiarity with any HRMS or onboarding software/tools will be an advantage.
Excel Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to handle data and reporting tasks efficiently.
