Description

Key Responsibilities
Develop and configure ServiceNow modules including ITSM and ITOM.
Implement Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB enhancements.
Build complex workflows, Flow Designer solutions, and integrations.
Configure Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, AI Search, and GenAI capabilities.
Design reusable development frameworks and accelerators.
Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers.
Develop REST/SOAP integrations with enterprise applications and monitoring tools.

Required Experience
7+ years of ServiceNow development.
Solid scripting experience (JavaScript, Script Includes, Business Rules).
Experience with:
ITSM
ITOM Discovery
Service Mapping
CMDB
Event Management
IntegrationHub
Flow Designer
Experience with APIs and enterprise integrations.

Preferred Certifications
ServiceNow CSA (Preferred)
CIS-ITSM
CIS-ITOM
