Job Description:
Would be responsible for a set of branches.
Empanelment of recent vendors and finalize a rate contract
Repair & Maintenance of Non – IT assets to be undertaken on requirement.
Ensure preventive maintenance are undertaken by the appointed Annual Maintenance Contractor.
All recent assets received are tagged and Physical Asset Verification are conducted.
All payment of the vendors & landlords is processed on time
