Perform routine preventive maintenance on all hotel equipment, systems, and facilities.
Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical issues.
Maintain and repair lighting, air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating systems.
Inspect and ensure proper functioning of kitchen and laundry equipment.
Attend maintenance requests from guests promptly and efficiently.
Ensure guest rooms, bathrooms, and fixtures are in perfect working condition.
Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas for maintenance issues.
