Quick Bean is looking for a skilled and hands-on Café Chef – Continental & Western Cuisine to join our café kitchen team.
The chef will be responsible for preparing and maintaining the quality of our modern café food menu, including sourdough sandwiches, wraps, grilled chicken, sauces, bakery/pastry items and other Western-style café dishes.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare vegetarian and chicken sourdough sandwiches
Prepare vegetarian and chicken wraps
Prepare and grill chicken according to standardized recipes
Prepare sandwich fillings, vegetables and other mise en place
Prepare and maintain signature sauces, spreads and dressings
Toast and assemble sandwiches and wraps with proper presentation
Handle OTG/convection oven for heating and finishing food items
Assist with bakery and pastry preparation/finishing as required
Maintain consistent taste, portion size and presentation
Follow standardized recipes and food-cost controls
Maintain kitchen cleanliness, hygiene and food-safety standards
Minimize food wastage and maintain proper ingredient storage
Coordinate with barista/counter staff during busy hours
Maintain an organized and efficient kitchen
Required Skills
1–3 years of experience in a café, QSR, bakery café, Continental restaurant or modern casual dining kitchen
Good knowledge of Western/Continental café food
Experience with sandwiches, wraps, grilled chicken and sauces
Valuable understanding of food hygiene and kitchen safety
Ability to work independently in a small café kitchen
Ability to work quickly and consistently during peak hours
Good attitude, discipline and teamwork
Preferred
Experience with:

Pasta

Bakery/pastry finishing
OTG/convection oven
Portion control and food-cost management
What We Offer
Salary: ₹18,000–₹25,000/month, depending on experience and skills
